CONTEST RULES, ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS
PRIZE INFORMATION
MIX 95.1 / SQUARE DEAL MATTRESS FACTORY & UPHOLSTERY WILL GIVE AWAY A NINTENDO SWITCH. THE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN ON SATURDAY DECEMBER 13, 2025. ON-AIR QUALIFYING WILL BEGIN DECEMBER 1 THRU DECEMBER 12, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY
- Must be at least 18 years of age to enter the MIX 12 DAYS OF SWITCHMAS contest.
- Employees and their immediate family members of Deer Creek Broadcasting LLC (DCB) and participating sponsors are not eligible.
- One prize per person per household. Only 1 entry per household for entry for MIX 12 DAYS OF SWITCHMAS Contest on air.
HOW TO WIN:
- Winners will be chosen on December 13, 2025 from among 12 eligible qualifiers. Ten qualifications will be done on-air during the morning show on MIX 95.1-FM radio station 6am-10am Monday-Friday. Two qualifiers will be drawn from the sign-up box at Square Deal Mattress Factory. Attempting to qualify for another person is not allowed.
- Prizes must be claimed in person December 13, 11am-1pm at Square Deal Mattress Factory & Upholstery -1354 Humboldt Ave, Chico.
- The contest will run from December 1-December 12, 2025
- Winner may be required to provide a legal driver's license or California state issued identification card and offer written signature as evidence prize has been claimed.
- Winner will also may be required to fill out a W-9 Tax Form.
- Prize must be claimed or prize will be forfeited.
- The winner of the MIX 95.1 12 Days of Switchmas gives permission to air his/her voice response on-air and shall allow his/her likeness to be published for marketing purposes.
- Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable.
- Winner shall hold harmless MIX 95.1 / Deer Creek Broadcasting LLC and it's employees, agents and advertisers, including all contest sponsors, from any damages suffered while participating in this contest by the official winners.
- Some prizes are non-transferable and may only be used by the official winners. MIX 95.1 reserves the right to substitute prizes with other similar prizes of approximate same value. All contest decisions are made by staff and management of MIX 95.1 and are final. Should a selected winner not meet eligibility criteria or not be able to use the prize, that person shall automatically forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random.
