CATHY’S SEW AND VAC CONTEST PROMOTION
CONTEST RULES, ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS
PRIZE INFORMATION FOR EACH OF 3 CONTESTS
CATHY’S SEW AND VAC WILL GIVE AWAY ONE $100 GIFT CARD REDEEMABLE AT CATHY’S SEW AND VAC & HONEY RUN QUILTERS FOR MERCHANDISE. THE PROMOTION RUNS MAY 1, 2023 – JULY 30, 2023. ONE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN EACH MONTH. QUALIFYING WILL CEASE AT EACH MONTH’S END. PRIZES MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON BY THE WINNER AT CATHY’S SEW AND VAC, 2418 COHASSET ROAD, CHICO, CA 95926. THERE WILL BE A TOTAL OF 3 SEWING CONTESTS (MAY, JUNE, JULY). THE MONTHLY WINNER WILL RECEIVE THE $100 GIFT CARD REFERRED TO ABOVE AND THEN THE GRAND PRIZE (A BABY LOCK AURORA SEWING MANCHINE) WILL BE AWARDED IN AUGUST TO ONE OF THE THREE MONTHLY CONTEST WINNERS.
ELIGIBILITY
- Must be at least 18 years of age to enter the CATHY’S SEW AND VAC contest.
- Employees and their immediate family members of Deer Creek Broadcasting (DCB) and CATHY’S SEW AND VAC are not eligible.
- One prize per person per household for each contest. Only 1 entry per household for the CATHY’S SEW AND VAC contest online.
HOW TO WIN
- Winners will be chosen on or about the end of each month from the PHOTO ENTRIES of all eligible qualifiers. All qualifications will be done via social media AND THE MIX station website. Attempting to qualify for another person is not allowed.
- All prizes must be claimed in person at CATHY’S SEW AND VAC, 2418 COHASSET ROAD, Chico CA. An appointment may be necessary.
- The contest will run from MAY 1, 2023 through July 30, 2023.
- Winners may be required to provide a legal driver's license or California State issued identification card & provide written signature as evidence that prize has been claimed.
- Winners may be required to fill out a W-9 Tax Form.
- Winners will be notified by phone.
- Winners will be awarded the gift card described above. All prizes must be claimed and picked up within 30 days of conclusion of contest or prize will be forfeited.
- All winners give MIX 95.1 permission to air their voice response on-air and shall allow their likeness to be published for marketing purposes.
- Must be 18 years of age or older. Not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and may not be combined with another offer. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable.
- Winner shall hold MIX 95.1 and Deer Creek Broadcasting and CATHY’S SEW AND VAC and THEIR employees, agents and advertisers, including all contest sponsors, harmless from any damages or injuries suffered while participating in this contest.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may only be used by the official winners. All contest decisions are made by staff and management of CATHY’S SEW AND VAC and are final.
