CONTEST RULES, ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS
PRIZE INFORMATION
MIX 95.1, WILL GIVE AWAY ONE TRIP TO LAS VEGAS. THE PROMOTION RUNS AUGUST 29, 2022-SEPTEMBER 30, 2022. THE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN MONDAY OCTOBER 3, 2022. PRE PROMOTION OF THE GIVEAWAY WILL BEGIN AUGUST 29, 2022. QUALIFYING WILL BEGIN SEPTEMBER 5, 2022 THRU SEPTEMBER 30, 2022.
ELIGIBILITY
- Must be at least 21 years of age to enter the KATY PERRY IN VEGAS contest.
- Employees and their immediate family members of Deer Creek Broadcasting (DCB) and participating sponsors are not eligible.
- One prize per person per household for each station. Only 1 entry per household for entry for the KATY PERRY IN VEGAS Contest on air or on-line.
HOW TO WIN
- Winners will be chosen on or about October 3, 2022 from the list of all eligible qualifiers. All qualifications will be done via social media, Text to win, station websites, on air qualifiers, or pre-announced live appearance by radio stations. Attempting to qualify for another person is not allowed.
- All prize certificates must be claimed in person at the Deer Creek Broadcasting studios during regular business hours (2654 Cramer Lane Chico Ca). An appointment may be necessary.
- The contest will run from August 29, 2022 through October 3, 2022.
- Winners may be required to provide a legal driver's license or California state issued identification card and offer written signature as evidence prize has been claimed.
- Winners will also may be required to fill out a W-9 Tax Form.
- Winners will be notified by phone.
- Winners will be awarded one hotel room stay for two nights at the Resort World Vegas Casino. Winner will also receive two tickets to see Katy Perry in concert. Finally winner will receive roundtrip airfare for two from Sacramento to and from Las Vegas.
- All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of conclusion of contest or prize will be forfeited.
- All winners give Mix 95.1 permission to air his/her voice response on-air and shall allow his/her likeness to be published for marketing purposes.
- Must be 21 years of age or older. Prize may be used only for the date(s) specified. Not redeemable for cash, not transferable, may not be combined with another offer. Winner must use all prize components in a single visit. Winner may not substitute prize components. In the unlikely event that one or more of the prize components is not available for any reason, AEG Presents reserves the right to substitute a Las Vegas experience of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. In the unlikely event that the artist does not perform during the scheduled trip, for any reason, AEG Presents may substitute a Las Vegas resort experience of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. AEG Presents is not responsible for transportation. Gratuities and alcohol are not included. Hotel guest must present a major credit card at check-in to guarantee hotel charges not included in this prize. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable.
- Winner shall hold harmless Mix 95.1 and Deer Creek Broadcasting and it's employees, agents and advertisers, including all contest sponsors, from any damages suffered while participating in this contest or during their trip to Las Vegas by the official winners.
- Some prizes are non-transferable and may only be used by the official winners. Mix 95.1 reserves the right to substitute prizes with other similar prizes of approximate same value. All contest decisions are made by staff and management of Mix 95.1 and are final. Should a selected winner not meet eligibility criteria or not be able to use the prize during the designated time period, that person shall automatically forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random.
- Entries will also be accepted through the mail, send DCB a letter with your contact information including name, address, phone number and email.
